First off, This is going to be pg-13, I don't mind language but lets avoid anything sexual. Although there is chakra and health, this is going to be more for roleplaying, some fights will not require dice (some missions etc). This is a work in progress so bear with me as I figure things out, Where I want this to end is going to be awesome so stay for the ride.
DO NOT META GAME OR TRY TO GO GOD MODE there will be repercussions. Since dice is random for all parties, even me as a game master, be careful you can die and this is naruto so people do die.
I reserve the right to add or change rules as I see fit.
Think of this as a game where we are sitting around a table roleplaying, I will control most npc's and stuff, so you only have to work on character. In most missions you will not have dice or need me there, but on some missions (I will let you know) dice will be used and I will be controlling Npc's (for now, if it does not work it will be changed).
